I would split the venoms and combine the zoanthropes. With the zoans, you get some bonuses for having multiple when shooting. A brood of 2 would be able to give a 18" synapse cover (6"+ base (2") + 2" cohesion + base (2") + 6"), not including if they roll dominion. Plus you have the Swarmlord for more synapse coverage. The venoms need to be split up in order to ensure the entire army gets +2 to cover. I would also drop all the devs from the terms. You would benefit from having more bodies on the table. Without the devs, you could run another 40 terms plus 6 more from the extra 25 points you have. 126 terms would be able to absorb so much more fire (protecting your MCs) and take more objectives. I would run 6 squads of 21 or 5 squads of 30 and use the points elsewhere.

I don't think Zoans get to take more shots but I think they just roll 1 test or something so it's usually all or nothing. idk. I could be wrong.
You make a good point for the venoms though. I was just going to run them behind swarmy to ensure he gets the cover and maybe 2 -3 squads of gaunts
I still think 80 gaunts is hard to remove, I'm trying to find a balance between volume of fire and swarminess. But 126 vs 160 shots isn't that much of a difference when I'm also gaining 46 more W. hm

Zoans will get a shot per caster for things like Warp Lance. Brotherhood of psychers rule. It's still one roll to cast, but you can get more shots if it is cast.
That is my point. Because the terms are so cheap, it's worth it to just run more. You are getting a shorter range for half of them, but you will lose those shots slower because they are spread out over more bodies. Having 126 small gribbles on the table will benefit them, the MCs, and help you with objectives.
Of course, that is just my opinion. My 1750 tourney list usually has 150+ little guys paired with 5 to 8 MCs. It forces your opponent to either focus on trying to kill your troops, which is near impossible in most games, or to kill your MCs, which allows you to take objectives and flood your opponent with bodies. Sometimes it will fluster opponents into just shooting at w/e is closest, which is the best outcome for you.

I'd likely trim a few Gants and twin up the Zoeys into one Brood, the buy a Lictor or two for the third slot. That should help the Mawlocs go where you want them to go...
Zoeys get multiple shots when they use their Warp blasts, one roll, one blast per Zoey. But you lose a roll on the Powers of the Hive Mind! chart because it's one roll per brood. But I think its likely worth it...
I like Big Bugs(and I can't deny) ( tm) it looks like you're using Crones for that, not for me, but I don't see any reason why they won't work for you..

I understand why Lictors, I started telling people to use them to guide mawlocs a while ago but you have to wait a whole turn of that lictor not getting shot up. Distraction at best. which is kind of a nice strategy because you can force them to shoot your lictors and roll more glass cannon-y

Word, as long as they have to work to do it. Losing your Lictor(s) is a win. (as long as you use the respite to do something useful ) Don't forget that going to ground does not stop them from guiding in Deep Strikers

Can you deepstrike in and choose to go to ground when you get shot at?

I believe so, and if your enemy tries to mess with you, by refusing to shoot...how is that a bad thing? Just make sure you are not in Synapse, otherwise you are Fearless. If a Synapse come into range, I believe you pop up automaticly...
