Is there a site I can buy LOTR bits? I'm running 40k imperial guard and since I want my guys to be from a medieval world I want them to carry swords and shields and a few helmets, to give them personality. Specifically I'm looking at easterling shields and swords but I'm not picky.

LOTR minis are mostly 1-2 piece models, so you won't find Bitz, I'm afraid. However, if you're looking for curved tower shields then some historical Romans might be worth a look.

well I'm just looking for small swords and shields to give my guys a unique look, the easterlings just happened to be a nice size and shape, I've also been looking at warhammer fantasy shields too.

Well if you are looking at Warhammer fantasy you could probably get your hands on some tomb king skeleton shields pretty easily they have a similar look as to what you want I think. Swords can be found maybe from skaven clanrat sets possibly.
Here is a link to what I found on ebay searching "tomb kings shields" it was the first thing that showed up haha

It does but isnt profitable for bits sellers to buy those boxes. The only thing I have seen sold as bits are the starter boxes. Which if you are looking for specific characters thats the way to go. Most places have Thorins company for $2-5 each
