FW's site is still running, so it's unlikely they'll put their product up on GW main.

When beset by doubt,
Run in little circles,

Nothing says the products can't be on both sites.

Either way I think we shouldn't jump to too many conclusions and just wait and see what comes of this instead.

It may be that the'll cut over DNS after the main GW site is up and everything will be run from one area.

Meaning you'll type forgeworld.co.uk into your browser and it takes you to the same place games-workshop.co.uk does.

Perhaps not, but since GW seems to subsist off sadness and pain, I can't rule it out.

No. Because people have differing opinions about it and the stipulation to that spending requirement to get it.

Also there is speculating about the changes to the site and how it might be better/worse/the same compared to the one we had.

Can we instead stop complaining that people are talking about things?

I like the fact that they've chosen to re-do an old character instead of creating a rather unnecessary new one.

I think they've done a rather good job on it. Not the biggest fan of the skull-scabbard but I'd just replace it with a plain one.

That's got to be the worst place for a sword while in combat. Try running, crouching, ducking or anything else with that giant plank right where your leg maneuverability is supposed to be.

Are they capable of replicating the small scabbard skulls of the original in plastic?

Oh well, looks like I go full retail for a Hydra and some other stuff.

Must be pretty dangerous to face Khornate marines, though. 80 skulls for Khorne at a price of one kill, they'd be all over him!

Suspension of disbelief only goes so far. That placement is slowed.
It's like watching a movie and the character goes to a car and suddenly crawls in through the trunk to get inside. Such unexplained impracticality throws off the suspension part.

I'm fluffing it so those are all the skulls of children who died while standing against* a Chaos Marine and dying in combat.**

$100USD from what I've read.

I'll have that in the bag just buying stuff for my Beastmaster unit!

And Mandrakes. Because I think I might be able to get them to work with Urien in a list (Urien is there largely to buff Grotesques but if I can get two uses out of him, why not?).

The shipping container that was carrying their Internets fell off the freighter and sank. The factory is furiously making new Internets, but in the meantime certain regions will have a limited supply of GW Internets.

(That actually happened to the Falcon way back when, didn't it?)

Yes, and the last metal Thunderhawk kit that a GW staffer had won as a company prize, if I recall the story correctly.

(Yes it did).

I heard Chinese recasters will be providing the Internets for much cheaper, but they may be made from slightly toxic materials.

GW already missed a prime April Fools joke by trademarking "Sisters of Butthurt" and pushing that out as an iPad update.

I'm surprised it's not "Spend $100 and get one of these collectable classic miniatures free! While supplies last! Once bought, they are gone!"

Bam, old metal stock cleared. And they save development time by deleting them all out of codecis!
