Very simple strat here. Spam shots. Farseer TL's the 2 Hornet Squadrons. Think there's enough firepower to warrant not having Holo-Fields?

How do you deal with an army that deploys nothing but 3 Land Raiders? Or an army of 5 Knight Titans? I would recommend Fire Prisms over Hornets to give you some S9 lances. Alternatively I would recommend exchanging some Dire Avengers for 1-2 squads of Fire Dragons in Wave Serpents.

Landraiders for example hardly worry me(threat wise) so they would probably be ignored until nothing else is left. And then or if that's all that was deployed 24 TL'd S8 shots should be able to slowly glance them down. Titans should be even easier as they have lower armor.

Titans have AV13 but also a 4+ Inv save. With 6 Hull Points each you will have a difficult time dealing with them. If the Knights go first they can pretty easily destroy your AV10 skimmers, leaving you with only S6 and 7 - good luck with that.

I'm just trying to help you out. Your list is ok, but far from unbeatable or even TAC. Horde armies will also give you some trouble. Not everybody plays mechanized Space Marines (which I will admit this list excels greatly against).

I appreciate your input man, not saying you don't have a point there. I normally make rather balanced lists that have a shot at taking on anything, so I see where you're coming from. I think as far as I'd go though, would be to switch out a couple of Scatter Lasers from the Wave Serpents for Brightlances.

Don't swap scatter lasers for BLs. Take some Fragons or BL war walkers or Prisms. Titan heavy armies will become more common and AV14 buildings that you can do literally nothing to are also seen more regularly.

Or just except they are the rock to your scissors. I disagree that you lack horde control.

Perhaps drop the Seer you're not really getting full use of him with only 2 units to buff.

I wouldn't change a thing, your list can tackle almost anything.
