Hi all. It's not a secret, that new tyranids codex is too forhtright beside the old one. We haven't spores, ymgarls, and a lot of rerolls. So I thought, that I can build a strong fist of cheap Mc and FMc which would find a litle problems on the table.

HQ

Hive Tyrant (230pt.)
Twin-linked devourer with brainleech worms (x2); Wings; Warlord

Hive Tyrant (240pt.)
Twin-linked devourer with brainleech worms (x2); Toxin sacs; Wings;

Elites

Venomethrope Brood (45pt.)
> 1x - Venomethrope (45pt.); Lash whips; Toxic miasma;

Haruspex (160pt.)
Grasping tongue; Crushing claws; Acid blood;

Troops

30x - Termagant Brood (120pt.)
> 30x - Termagant (4pt.); Fleshborer;

Tervigon (195pt.)
Stinger salvo; Scything talons;

Fast attack

Hive Crone (155pt.)
Drool cannon; Four tentaclids; Scything talons;

Hive Crone (155pt.)
Drool cannon; Four tentaclids; Scything talons;

Heavy support

Mawloc (140pt.)

Exocrine (170pt.)
Bio-plasmic cannon; Scything talons;

Tyrannofex (185pt.)
Stinger salvo; Acid spray; Electroshock grubs;

Fortification

Aegis Defense Line (50pt.)

Aegis we will set near the centre of the table an all our army run to it. with the venomthrope bonus our Mc will have 2+ cover save. And then we need only one fast and strong dash to the enemy lines.
I tested this list against Eldar army ( 4 Wave serpents with avengers, 3 Warwalkers squadrons with S6 Ap2 guns and Venom squadron) it was wery hard game because of high mobility of star elves and a half of my army was dead at the 3rd turn, but I won on the 6th turn, when all eldar's troops died and my 3 termagaunt controlled objective. Discuss?

I don't think the Toxic does much for you on the Dakka'rant, I'd save those points for something else. I like to put Adrenal glands on Tyranofex so it can trundle down range faster.

To my eye you are dangerously short on Synapse. If somebody goes hunting, they could run you out pretty fast. At the very least I'd try to find 100 points and add a x2 Brood of Zoanthropes. I don't have any experience with the two new Big Bugs, so how are they working? Exocrenes seem to be viewed as very mixed for results by posters.

Toxin on Flyrant for killing enemy's MC like wrathknight or riptide. about synapse I can say, that i haven't problem whith it. Maybe I'm very lucky) and Flyrant is pretty solid, especially if we will have FnP.
Exocrine wery good Heavy support choise because of 6 S7 Ap2 shots with 4 BS (if didn't move) or 5" blast with the same Strength with 24" range. Good in killing SM of all type and light vehicles.
Haruspex strong in close combat because of additional attack and restoring wounds. He can stay in assoult very long an kill big units whithout high strength such as Khorne hounds or orcs mob

I'd say you've been lucky For killing MCs I like Bone Swords, IK is magic vs multi-wound targets. I don't really see a place to put those in with your list though.

If you do start running into Synapse Hunting, I suggest swapping the Haruspex for 3 Zoeys, that will give you some reasonably durable Synapse, a roll (or two) on the Powers of the Hive Mind! chart, and some warp Blasts. (I'd run the Zoeys as two broods, one durable x2, one singled out for support in the back field)

And I still suggest finding 15 points, so you can put Adrenal on the Tyranofex.
