I'm making a techmarine on a bike to follow an imperial knight around and repair him. I wanted to make 1 or 2 more but this one took like a whole day to make. How do you put your techmarines on bikes?

Using a regular bike marine and adding techmarine stuff to it just doesn't look right to me - its too bland or something. For this one I used the fincast techmarine and cut the stuff out between his legs and molded him to to the bike with very hot water. To make it WYSIWYG he has to still have a bolter if you dont buy the axe option right? I had to make the bolter left handed because he has to have a hand on the throttle witch is on the right, right?

Its a lot of cutting and re-positioning... Is there an easier way? How do most people model them?

And why cant GW just make a model for it?

I did the one with the conversion beamer on a trike, and had the little sidecar buddy using the beam weapon. I'll see if I can find a pic when I get home.

Nice! I can't see your sig for some reason... Where is that helmet, legs, and bike armor from?
