Command: RavenWing Command squad ( 5 guys, banner of fortitude)
Command: Ravenwing Command Squad (5 guys, Ravenwing Banner)

Troop 1: Scout squad (sniper rifles, Camo cloaks)-70pts
Troop 2: Scout squad (sniper rifles, Camo Cloaks)-70pts

F/A 1: Black Knights (10 man, x2 grenade launchers)-420pts
F/A 2: Black Knights (10 man, x2 grenade launchers)-420pts
F/A 3: Darkshroud speeder-80pts

___________

Alright, screw the characters I got knights! the two librarians stick around in the command squads to soak up fire, and they try to get invisibility for at least one power. If they do, then they cast it on the 10 man squads to give them a 2+ cover save and let them hit hard in melee. Fortitude and RW banner helps to add survivability and the Dark shroud hangs around with command squads to boost up survivability. Scouts watch and learn how it's done.

this list is reliant on luck and positioning, and has very few scoring units, but I think it would it like a ton of bricks and be annoying to take down for all but chaos and tau. I think this is a very agressive list for everyone else though.

Been a while since I looked at the SM codex, but I'm pretty sure they can't take Librarians. Some rule like "Abhor the Warp" prevents them from doing so.

Been a while since you saw the Dark Angel codex too, eh?

You're thinking Black Templars. And yes, BT cannot take Librarians.

He's running Dark Angels. Black Knights are their elite bikers

... It has. I may have been very tired when I wrote that. My bad

I do like the list, tho. Those two bike units will most likely be able to take down anything on the ground. Plasma Talons and the DA grenade launchers will pretty much melt anything they're aimed at. Hiding in melee during the opponents turn (with some luck). Not sure how competitive it is, but if nothing else you'll wow people with some of the coolest looking Marine models in existence.

I'd love to run this kind of army, but there are far too many bale flamers in my neighborhood.

if I were to run this list it would just be proxy. 450$ us for everything! but still, just checking if this could be done.
