Genestealers are not very effective in 6th. They die like ork boyz but cost so much more. Drop this.
Hive Guard took a nerf. -1
BS + 5 points cost. In certain metas they might still be valuable, but generally Tyrants, Crones, Exocrines, and Zoeys are how you can deal with vehicles.
Trygon Prime is very Ho-hum. I probably wouldn't use him unless you have a very specific reason you need deep striking synapse.

You are outflanking one of these with hive commander. Whatever you outflank should get a firepower upgrade. Either a Thorax weapon for the Tervigon or 15-20 devourers for the TGaunts. Also, Tervigons aren't as good as they used to be, so if you list isn't working, consider dropping him for a squad of warriors.

You have the startings of the living artillery node. Consider finishing it (2 more biovores, a squad of warriors with Barbed strangler). Biovores are good, and the formation gives you rerolls on scatters. See more details here:

Dakka flyrants are the best unit in the codex, but have survivability problems. So most people have 2.
Venomthrope are great because it grants shroud which is very powerful, but is easy to kill. Most people have 1.
Flyrants and Venoms are vulnerable to first blood so a common tactic is called "Venom in a box" which involves taking a bastion for 75 points, putting the venom inside, and hiding the flyrants behind out of line of sight.
Crones are very good. Many lists include 2.
Exocrines are good. Many lists have 1 - 2.
Mawlocs are very good. Many lists include 1-3. Mawlocs often call for a comms relay which is a 20 point upgrade on a bastion or aegis line.
Devil Gaunts (devourer gaunts) are good, and because you can mix wargear, it is common to see 10 Spinefist/fleshborer + 20 Devilgaunts in one squad outflanking with hive commander.
Biovores are good
Tyrannofexes are good (but not with Rupture cannon), but is slow.
Dakkafexes (Carnifexes with 2
TL devouerers) are good, but have survivability problems.
Warriors are ok, but synapse is so critical that most people have 1 min squad of them with a barbed strangler. I usually put mine on top of a bastion.
Tervigon are ok, but no longer critical to 'nids.
Zoeys are ok, they provide synapse and psychic powers, but they are slow, and have short range, unreliable shooting.
Gargoyles are ok, speed makes them valuable in some cases.
HGaunts are ok, their extra 3" run gives them a speed boost, but synapse is terrible for them.
TGaunts are ok only because they are cheap, either upgrade them to devilgaunts or take min sized squads to hold objectives, or take 30 for the Tervigon tax.
