Dosnt know much about orks.. But its definatly shooty all round. I dono about the Meks in the Lootas tho.

Skip the megablasta meks for lootas or use em as stand in for lootas. The deffdreads in a tournament stand point is a no go.
Dakkajets dont need red paintjob as they allready zoom at 18-36" one big mek would be enough, get more grots and a ADL and you are set for a tournament if it was ment for à cassual game id say go as it is but it need some tweeks.
