So just stumbled over the fact I can stick a regenerating unit in every FOC. Now not saying this a killer list, but a fun theme to play on. I got 35 points I am not sure how to spend.

You would really spend the points to put regn on a Dakkafex? I wouldn't he only has 4 wounds.

In this case, yes. As you will note it is a themed list thus he needs the regen, and since he will be joined by a regenerating Prime it will take some effort to get rid of all the wounds. A Tau gun line or eldar serpent spam or DE Poison will table the list in a hurry, but those 3 list also happen to be really bad matchup for nids anyway.
