Knight Errent-370

So the idea is simple, pie plates, but this is also the draw back because i have ZERO AA outside getting lucky with the missiles and using the tank hunter rule on the centurions. Just about ever unit has blast weapons. Belial will go with knights. Depending on who i am play against will decide how many of the Deathwing squads will deep strike and on what turn. The over all plan is to stay back with the Fist allies for the objective in the back, if they need help ill put a squad of deathwing there. Next is to push hard on one side with the deathwing and the other side with the knight, using ether the T5 Knights or the Knight Errent to draw fire. Please give any input. The list it mainly for fun, but if i can make it competitive that would be great. Thanks.

Perhaps think of switching a plasma cannon on one of the term squads for a heavy Flamer, twin linked when deep striking means it has the potential to make mince meat of whatever you deep strike near to.

With the additional five points perhaps add a chain fist to another one of the squads.

Knight are a separate army. You can only have 1 ally. It's either Knights or Space Marines. That being said, why would you want to ally in Centurions with Heavy Bolters and Missile Launchers? Seems like a waste of points. They don't even have a primary target priority.

yeah fmc daemons or tyranids wouldn't be a fun matchup....If you are gona use centurions(and i dont know if that makes a legal list) I would use a da libby as it gets divination and can actually make them pretty powerful. Also Id switch their load of to grav cannons.

No, IKs are taken as a knight detachment, so you can take primary+allies+knights+inq+etc...

I assume the cents are kitted out for anti-tank to take advantage of the IF chapter tactic. Not sure well it would work since I have no experience with cents or IFs yet.

~5000+ pts (95% Deathwing )
~1500 pts

I wouldn't recommend relying on the Knight to draw fire. If it's on a far flank, a speedy opponent may choose to ignore it and focus fire on your other units.
