Nope. :(
Having multiple CCWs lets you choose which one to use. This special skill http://infinitythegame.wikispot.org/CC_with_2_Weapons lets you combine the ammo effects of two CCWs.

Three regular Mines.

Of course viral is better ,but you take what you get.
AP mines are strong as well. Especially so in cramped corridors where the enemy HAS to advance and come close to them , as I imagine the Boarding action tables will look like. I only played a couple of missions on such a table and didn't really like it.
Martial Arts 3 serves a different purpose than NBW, as I took it to get V:Courage out of it, mostly.

Oops. I stand corrected. Thanks for pointing that out. I thought that just having 2 different ccws conferred the skill automatically.

True. But Mines can be spotted, and depending on your faction, hacked as well. And nobody wants to go up against CA Hackers. Spotting a grenade doesn't do you any good, except to try and dodge.
I agree with you though, Mines are really good, and I use them all the time. But I'd rather have unlimited grenades in a situation like this than just three mines.

Mines can't be hacked. They can be taken over by Minesweeper or defused by an Engineer.

Right! Crap. We had this discussion before one evening... my bad.
I always just wish they could be hacked.
