The Last Chancer Who Survived

Can anyone recommend some 28mm scale ruined building terrain that is NOT space-gothic? I already have some Cities of Death kits and I've seen some other similar things out there, but I'm looking for more of a "generic sci fi" kind of look.. or even kind of modern would be fine. Plastic would be great, resin works too and maybe MDF laser cut wood if it's got enough detail. I have some intact buildings, I'm looking for mostly just ruined stuff. Anything good out there?

Some of these might help:
http://www.flamesofwar.com/Default.aspx?tabid=287&CategoryID=13170&PageIndex=3
Their line of "Battlefield in a box" works, do not be mislead by the "Flames of War" in the link (which is odd).

Are the mantic ruins available yet or is a sprue included with the other sets or something like that? I was actually just on their site looking for that, but couldn't find it. I wasn't in on the Kickstarter.
I like the Battlefield in a Box stuff, but I thought it was a little too "gothy". Been meaning to get some of their rivers and stuff though.

It will be available very soon. right now you get two ruins sprues with this:
http://www.manticgames.com/mantic-shop/battlezones/product/battlezones-sci-fi-urban-quadrant.html
This set contains 46 assorted Battlezones terrain sprues and 8 connector sprues, allowing you to construct a huge range of buildings that will provide plenty of cover for a 6’x4’ area (or a 4’x4’ area of dense urban terrain). You can expand this set using other kits from Mantic’s Battlezones Tile System range.
This set contains:
10 x Urban Sprue A
5 x Urban Sprue B
5 x Urban Sprue C
4 x Urban Sprue D
4 x Sci-Fi Accessory Sprue
2 x Landing Pad Sprue A
2 x Landing Pad Sprue B
5 x Fortifications Sprue A
5 x Fortifications Sprue B
2 x Defence Line Sprue A
2 x Defence Line Sprue B
8 x Connector Sprue
Models supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Plus at the top it says two ruins sprues as a limited time offer. Automatically Appended Next Post: Wait a month or so and the straight ruin pieces will be available.

Yeah that's too pricey for me, I'll have to wait till they're available separately. I just wanted to make a couple of ruined buildings to mix in with other stuff, not a whole table

Yeah, give it a month and they'll have what you want then. And their stuff is pretty awesome.

Well if anyone else happens to be looking for the same thing, I just ordered the ruined buildings from JR Miniatures
http://www.jrmini.com/shop/jrmini.php?m=product_list&c=72&sc=28mm
Seem like they'll be a good fit for what I want.. I'm gonna pick up the ruined stuff from Deadzone too when they're out

That looks like well done but pretty easy to replicate foamcore terrain. The attention to detail on the rubble is really lovely, but it isn't hard to make that stuff yourself. A lot of companies make terrain bits and furniture you could use to decorate a building like that and really make it come to life.
