So after building a noise marine kill team, I have decided I am probably going to make a noise marine based army. Thoughts?

The idea being heavy durable gun line, chaos lord to run with the warp talons as backfield and Melee interdiction, raptors to pop durable armor, sorcerer to roll on slaneesh powers and buff gun line or bio many for potential relentless roll . I can't decide if I want to drop the warp talons to give everyone sonic blasters and the doom siren. I want to keep this mono slaneesh, and am more concerned with having a fun, fluffy, list than winning tournaments.

Cool, not sure on this but where is your anti-air it doesn't look like you have any. Otherwise looks fun

The fire raptor would be my anti air. Strength 6 twin linked avenger cannon, and two independently firing twin linked strength 7 auto cannon turrets. All with sky fire or strafing run.

I really like this list, as for your question on warp talons, I would drop them and buy sonic blasters as they are buffed by sleneesh magic. Also For your chaos lord he just chill with the raptors.

After looking around, I think I'm going to take this under crimson slaughter instead of the codex, then I can give The Lord a 2+ armor and iwnd. Plus drop the power fist/lightning claw for the special sword and meltabombs. He runs with the warp talons, and drop the raptors for a squad of chosen with all plasma and he referred enemy special rule. Just worry about anti tank at that point. And it makes me even more static by dropping the raptors.

Take a small unit of possessed instead of chosen, possessed are troops, and they can get great rules.

If I am reading it right and you do have it wrong and are intending to keep the same squad sizes it will at least free up some more points for you

I thought about taking the possessed, but the idea of a bunch of plasma guns with preferred enemy to knock down lower armor saves of monstrous creatures was too tempting

According to the faq you can take a blast master at less than ten, and also when the squad numbers ten. So with 7 marines, a champ, and 2 blast masters, that makes ten total.
