From a technical aspect, it all looks very good. The dynamic poses are sweet, and reasonably realistic. From a subjective standpoint, I don't dig on the dinged up look on Tau. I think it runs against the fresh, dynamic vibe of the army. Nevertheless, nice work.

The base is a bit too much for my taste. Aside from the impractical size of it (unless it's intended solely as a display piece, in which case the size is fine ) the extreme angle that he's standing on doesn't look right, and he's missing the sense of motion that would show him to be falling through the ceiling...
I do quite like the colour scheme, though, and the lighting effects are nicely done.

The roughed up style is really good on the Riptides and the bases are beautifully done but I don't feel they fit the pose of the Riptides they look a bit like they're gonna topple over.
