Plan is to bring lots of MC's, Outflank one of the Guant units with 90 S4 shots per turn. Use the Tervigons to spawn even more Guants for objective grabbing. Thoughts? Critiques,likes, dislikes? The only model I currently have is the Flyrant and it isn't assembled yet so anything is on the table.

It looks like a pretty solid list. A couple of suggestions though:
1) You should drop the toxin and adrenal (and personally, probably the regen) on the flyrant. It's whole job is to fly around and shoot, not get into cc. So those points could be spent elsewhere.
2)Drop all the devs on the non-outflanking terms. Use those points to buy a second squad of 30. Tyranids win through more bodies on the table. Or, do that and drop the toxin sacs to take a second dakkafex.

Since you only have 1 HQ one Terv could be moved to HQ then you could drop 20 Gants. also I always have at least 5 to 10 Gants in front w/ reg devourers so I am not losing 8 pt models on the very 1st hit.
