This is what I'm thinking so far, but have no idea what I'm doing as I've never played against or with Nids

Tyrant wings, 2 twin linked devourers
2 zoanthrope
2 zoanthrope
2 Venomthrope
Tervigon cluster spines Regen
Terviton cluster spines Regen
30 termagant s ( what weapon? I was thinking spike guns to keep them at a distance)
30 termagaunts make my tervigons scoring plus birth new scoring units. Is this overkill?
Crone
Crone (anti air and anti tank). Do they survive well enough without Regen?
Harpy cluster spores (anti hoards)
Exorcrine anti armor

Hey there. Welcome to nids!
This would be a good list to play in semi-competitive and casual games. Some basic advice I would offer for nids in general:
1) Synapse: This is always important. With the new IB tables, you really want to make sure that you have enough synapse on the table. Experienced players will try to shoot out your synapse if you don't have a lot, and your army will crumble most games if they can do it. Your list has plenty of synapse, so no problems there.
2) Quantity Over Quality: Some may disagree with me on this, but nids win by having more of everything on the table. I would always prefer to have more models on the table than expensive upgrades on a few. There are some upgrades that are worth it (TL-devs with BL for example), but most of the time you would be better off having more ablative wounds. For example, keep your terms as cheap as possible. Personally, I would also drop the regen off of the tervs, as those 60 points can get you a large number of troops or half a carnifex.
3) Target Saturation: It's similar to the above suggestion. The idea is to never have 1 of a type to fill a role. Either have multiples or don't bother with the points. Example, FMCs. Either have at least 2 or don't have any. One will get focused on and shot down quickly. The same goes with things such as troops, MCs, synapse, ect. Your list is fine on this. You've got 4 FMCs and 3 MCs, and the tervs will spawn more troops to compliment your squads of 30.

Overall, this list looks good. With the 4 FMCs, you will be causing a lot of trouble for whoever you face. Paired with having tons of troops (including the tervs) to hold objective, this is a great semi-competitive list. It's not optimized, but you will have a lot of fun. For more casual games, I would trade out a couple of the FMCs for mawlocs, trygons, carnifexes, tyrannofexes, or more little guys.

Arming Guants is a bit of an art. In general these days if you have the points a 50/50 split fleshborers and Deathspitters in a brood is consider ideal. You have a a bunch of cheap wounds to keep your killing power active and it gives you a enough rang to hit with all your guns.

Spike rifle is a nice way to get your back row hitting on 30 model broods, but you are giving up a AP and strength for under ranged lasguns. Spinefists are nice for getting volume of hits with Twin-link, but suffer from being S3.

on your freebies you break down to:
Fleshborer: good stopping power, short range, one shot
Spinefists: TL'ed for better accuracy, low strength, short range
Spike Rifle: Longest range, one shot, low power

If you drop all the regns and clusters that is 105 points. I would put a a miasma on a Terv instead.

I would leave the gants w just devourers.

If you have enough points get a Mawloc. Instead of all those regns and upgrading gants.

Not much to add, I'd drop one Terv, and buy a second Winged Dakka'rant, you'll probibly find it more useful...you can split the second big brood of Termigants into two broods, or one smaller brood, and a 3x brood of Warriors (with Cannon).

I'd second the suggestion to drop the Regen, and spend the points elsewhere.

Personally I like Big Bugs, but you have a very impressive amount of FMCs (even better with a second Dakka'rant)

I really like Spinegaunts for Termigants. I always am happy with how they do. Your Elites look fairly durable, so you might avoid giving away "first blood". All in all a good list, after a few games you'll have a better feel for how you like to play, and you can modify then.

If you get 3 broods of Gargoyles you could look into building a Skyblight list, and that is a very strong list....
