So at my local gaming club there is talk of starting a necromunda campaign and I was thinking of using enforcers as my gang but I'm unsure what models would be best to represent them I was considering using imperial guards but they only come with one las pistol in the box so I thought about using the new milatarium tempest troops but you only get 5 in a box so it's a little pricey to buy two boxes so could you recommend anything else ???

There's always these
Personally though I never liked Enforcers as a force in Necro but to each their own

There's always the Space Marine scouts, and then simply use some greenstuff and different heads, like lets say these.

I clicked the thread to recommend the exact same thing, they have an almost perfect weapon loadout and to be honest the armour is spot on (Enforcers wear carapace armour, so it needs to have a little bulk).
I've used mine to represent Enforcers in a a Necro campaign and they worked very well.
I investigated the SM scouts option when I was first making up my gang, but it was going to be to pricey getting all the bits together (I already had the Urban War stuff).

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.” |

Enforcers are potent, overpowered even at the start of a campaign but the gangs will over take them in time.
There rule say you can only take five To a fight (although this can change with gang rating) plus injured enforcers have to sit out one or two fights, so as the campaign rolls on you might find yourself short of enforcers if your unlucky.
Really most people consider enforcers to be a GMs gang.
