After a long break (about a year) i've decided i wanted to return to 40k.
Since i've been gone for a while i'm looking for a little advice so i can improve my army.
I play rather semi-competitive so i'm not looking for a list that is 100% but i would like to be able to hold my own against my opponents
Without further ado,my Blood Angels:

HQ:

Librarian 125p

(either shotguns or ccw,what does dakka prefer?)

I'm not a fan of lone attack bike but they may work for you, if you drop them you may need more anti tank.
Personally I would swap the tactical squad to duplicate you assault squad and give both sergeants melta bombs.
Also a defence line to stop flyers may be good (man with scouts?)

Get rid of ML devs. Devs are the worst heavy choice in C:BA.

That leaves me with 125 points to include anti tank or would what i currently have be enough?
Also,should i put Camo Cloaks on my scouts to keep em alive behind the Aegis Line?

I would certainly give your libby SoS instead of unleash rage and give your scouts camo cloaks to try to run your opponent out of ignore cover shots.

Well honestly I think it is a great list obviously since you are blood angels and like to get in there fast that is a great comeback list to the game.

125 points left?
If you give Camo cloaks to the scouts as Martel suggested (a good plan, IMO) that leaves 110 points for you.
Remove Melta bombs from one Sergeant to make that 115 points.

Sounds like a Baal Predator to me.
It would add your ability to take out heavy infantry that pose a CC threat to your marines.

It's a real shame that there isn't enough points for sponsons, as it's a bit lame with a single TLAC.
You could get those points and some extra by dropping one Priest, maybe.

However, that list seems pretty good.
Mobility, decent anti-tank (TL Lascannon, a lonely ML and bunch of fast-moving Melta), home objective scoring and good old BA feeling with Red Tide!

It will propably be an uphill battle, but I still love this list.

Or make it a flamestorm Baal.

If not,i'll have to wait 2-3 months till i have the funds to get one (being a teenager sucks when it comes to money)

For 115? Not that I can think of. Get a few more and you can get an autolas pred.

One option is to take couple of Attack Bikes with Multi-meltas.
Two of them makes it 100 points and with the rest buy equipments
