Hello all, I’m working on a White Scars bike army, and this is the list I have so far. Any thoughts and input would be appreciated. Thanks for looking!

You could take 2 bikes from each squad and make another squad of troops. More troops choices mean more chances to take objectives.
Grav guns are ftw btw.

It's a pretty decent start, it's just not as points efficient as you "could" be... but that's fine, to each his own (perhaps you like the melee idea on the bikes rather than all ranged); however if you are interested, the pretty standard cookie-cutter net list for this is that a lot of people have been running:
Khan on bike
Command Squad: bikes, apoth, 4x grav, a couple melta bombs and/or shields
3x bike squad: full squad, attack bike w/multi-melta, 2x grav, sgt. w/combi-grav and melta bombs
Stalker (or hunter)
That puts you at about 1270 or so, which means you can add a second AA piece, some TFCs or another HQ (beatstick chapter master), or just more bikes.
The biggest difference is that you use hit and run to maximize your shooting, and trade the melee weapons out for better shooting (grav) and more of it.
I'd run this:
Khan: Moondraken
Command Squad: bikes, apoth, 2x shield, 2x melta bomb, 4x grav
3x Bike Squad (full): combi-grav, 2x grav, melta bomb, multi-melta attack bike
Stormtalon: skyhammers
Stalker
TFC
The plan is to use 'hit and run' all day long and shoot shoot shoot.

I just received an email back from GW support on this issue, and it turns out they are just temporarily down. Carry on with the grav gun command squad lol!

yea.... Your command squad as no wear to deal with insistent death. One demolisher round can effectively gut it. As Khan doesn't have eternal warrior.
My recommendation to fix this:
Allie in a Iron hand chapter master with SE TH Bike Artificer armor and auspex. He is a 4 wound it wont die, eternal warrior CC monster.
a scout squad
any vehicles you have ned to be here as well. As they also gain it wont die. Making them much more resilient

So tau is only shooting that one unit? Also tau have no demolishers. Plus that many grav guns will take down riptides like no tomorrow.
