In the fluff it mentions that the Emperor-Class titans are some of the largest mobile battle units the Imperium can field. In 38,000 years what sort of other war machines could have been built?

Why do I get the feeling of something like Jormungandr from "Too Human" or something equally massive.

One of the problems is that in the 40k fluff the Mechanics is in charge of Titan production. Titans are typically rare and are worth entire worlds. As such a rare and precious controlled comedy in the hands of a Technocracy that hates innovation as a crime to their mechanized god there's really no room for any 'new' titan models. As for Xeno races...no clue. I guess to them size doesn't really matter. Unless you count orks who usually don't care too much about the size but the amount of guns you can put on one.

The fluff implies that the Imperium has things bigger than an Imperator that can still be fielded on a planet. I was merely asking if anything has ever been stated to know what that may be?

Wasn't the old SoB codex have a massive land train in one of the pictures if memory serves me correctly.

The leviathan is a giant command fortress. It has other names but I think its latest name is leviathan. Its a giant mega church bunker on wheels designed to carry entire armies to war. Its main cannon can fit like 10 tanks in it.

It used to have a model a long time ago and a few people have made mini versions in the past but yea I am fairly sure its huge. Nit sure if bigger though.

Very few things. Anything larger is likely unique.

In one of the more recent armageddon war books, the Orks deployed a gargant so huge that when met with a titan legion it simply kept on going and squashed them. Well over twice the height of an Imperator and substantially bulkier, so a holy fehload more massive.

There is actually a larger than Emperor Class titan. It was discovered as a STC, I just can't recall where I read this. Let me go through some stuff and find the name and when it was referenced.

If I lose it is because I had bad luck, if you win it is because you cheated.

The mechanicus have massive weapon platforms. Can't for the life of me remember their names from epic but they were pretty big and had all kinds of crazy tech

The Castigator?

The Emperor class has 2 well known variants- Imperator and Warmonger, and likely a third variant in a throwaway mention in one of the FW HH books as part of Legio Mortis. Also, several Warlord pattern/loadouts now seem to have become separate classes, like the Nemesis and Night Gaunt.

Ordinatii (singular Ordinatus) are basically massive, dedicated self-propelled guns that exist purely to carry starship weapons into land battles. Each one is custom designed and built around the weapon system, although there is some question on some of them - for example, Ordinatus Mars has been described alternately as having either something plasma related, or a Nova Cannon.

Since there are S guns the size of a luton vanthese days, I have no idea what kind of stats an Ordinatus gun might have. Probably Range 600, SD, Heavy 4 24"Blast for the smaller ones.

Bprobbly so big a baneblade hull makes up one track segment. There basically titan/battleship level guns on land. + the giant reactors needed to charge the weapons.

Sgt. Vanden - OOC Hey, that was your doing. I didn't choose to fly in the "Dongerprise'.

Well, put it this way. A Nova Cannon runs one tenth of the length of a Mars Class battle cruiser. The Mars Class battle cruiser is ten miles long.

The Leviathan isn't that big, it's marginally* smaller than the Capitol Imperialis which only carries two (any, including tank) companies.

* the miniature - one of the absolute worst of the entire EPIC range - was woefully underscaled, but the fluff also said it was smaller, tho I'd say from the rules it shouldn't be THAT much smaller.

That's not even mentioning Gorkamorka, which is a spaceship/gargant/tellyporta the size of a hive city.
