I asked previously on the painting forum about this yet no one was able to give any valuable input or assistance at all so I figured this is actually the smarter place to put this question. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a painting service who paints really good Infinity models. Or honestly, anyone who is willing to paint Infinity models at all. It just seems to hard to find people who really grasp the Infinity paint style. People seem to have 1 of 3 responses to it either "no I don't paint Infinity" two, "I can paint Infinity but I don't know much about its style" or finally "I love painting Infinity/I really get the style" I am looking for that rare and elusive third group. I am not a painter myself and so I do not know how to describe it but I just love how much more a well painted Infinity model stands out compared to virtually every other type of miniature out there. A lot of people are able to paint really good 40K, Warmahordes ect but I see very few that really grasp a good Infinity model.

The one guy I knew could paint Infinity models recently announced he is retiring so much to my frustration I now know no one who really paints Infinity well. Any help would be appreciated in pointing me in the right direction (or you know recommend yourself if you love painting Infinity). Pictures would also be really helpful so I can see the art style. In addition I live in the states so people who paint in the states is preferred (I cannot afford to pay shipping to places like Europe, maybe Canada but even that is starting to be a stretch). If enough assistance is given maybe I could even make a list for future people to look at/benefit from?

Tldr: Essentially I have not seen a list of people/services that really grasp the painting style of Infinity (and I don't see a thread that talks about it) so I was wondering if people could point me in the right direction.

Thank you for any assistance!

A friend of mine has his own painting studio: https://www.facebook.com/SinisterSquidStudios, I don't know if it's the style you're looking for but he's painted plenty of Infinity minis that look good to me, check out the gallery: https://www.facebook.com/SinisterSquidStudios?sk=photos_albums. He is based in London though.

I suppose the real reason I started this thread wasn't so much for me (but I could still use a good local painter), but more so to create a list of people on dakka or that people know who are really into Infinity painting. It seems that a lot of people paint it but it is somewhat rare to find people who really excel at painting it. I just thought it would be nice to be able to form a list of people that any new person to Infinity could look at the list and go "Cool, I think I will get that person to paint for me!". I went through the list in the painting forum and it really doesn't do justice to Infinity painters.

I will tell you the same thing Alpharius told me when I decided to put together the list of player created terrain (which I need to update btw) "If you want to compile the list and keep it up to date feel free "

So with that if you start hunting and find some start a thread and keep it up to date with new painters as you find them.

There's JohnnyM over on the official forums; he runs the Airworks painting service and does do Infinity.
