I have been scouring the web looking for some, but the closest I could find were battletechs rules, and those are not really the same. Thanks for any help and apologies for the one line topic in advance.

and 40k was like McDonalds - you could get it anywhere - it wouldn't necessarily satisfy, but it was probably better than nothing.

Heavy Gear has it. However, the new version is tweaking it a bit to make it less of a sure thing to do in every situation.

I have reactive fire in the system for Mecha Front, any unit that ends their movement or action within line of can be fired on. (at a minor penalty)

I have a kickstarter going on ATM https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mechafront/mecha-front-miniatures

Rules are mostly done and you can get them on my website www.mechafront.com or just PM me and I can send you a link to download them.

Paulson Games parts are now at:

Great, it looks like I am going to have to postpone one of my prints. Those things look amazing. How much more work do you have left to do on the rules?

The core set of rules is playable, there's a few tweaks that need to be applied still. Ramming is super powerful ATM so it'll be updated soon. (The points system is very rough still)

The rest is mostly editing and reorganizing the various sections so it flows smoother. I'm hoping I can get it wrapped up by June/July.

I'm not totally sure, but I think that CAV might have reactive fire. You can still get the print editions of the first edition (preferred by many players) Rulebook and both Journals of Recognition (like battletech TRO's) at Troll and Toad for a buck each.

Either way, every mech fan should have them in their collection.

I know the original version of CAV had reactive fire, I haven't delved too much into 2nd edition to see what has changed.

I have a fan version of the Heavy Gear rules from the previous version (the Field Manual) on my blog using some of the rules involving Infinity for AROs and Reactive Fire.
