Throwing Frag or Plasma Grenades (Autarchs and Phoenix Lords come to mind).
Baharroth (and his unit) throwing their Grenade Pack
Missile Silo thing on the FoR.
Just to name a few.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Fair enough, but the missile silo on the FoR I wouldn't agree with. It can't trace line of sight.

Now remember when reading this that I have paid attention to the BS6+ wording and that you have no ability to re-roll without a to-hit roll of 1 and thus no re-roll to scatter.
But for those that are trying to apply the reroll to scatter, not having LOS does not matter(and with a T-L or other ability to reroll having, barrage, No LOS/Inside Minimum range, etc); With the ability to reroll already granted to the FoR(somehow) you would still be able to reroll scatter with the Silo.
