Subject: Help identifying these SM models

Hello I'm a necron player who recently won a lot on ebay and it came with some SM guys. I cannot find out who or what these two guys are, and have had no luck trolling thru GW website. If anyone can identify them for me, I would greatly appreciate it.
I assume the first guy in some sargent flagmanbearer... and the other I have named: Lunchboxman. hungry for action, prepared for lunch.....
Any clues?

First one is the Captain from AoBR, might have a slight conversion
Second one is from a crash site, IIRC.

First is Abor captain, though I use it as a chapter master for my black templers.

Il check mine later but sword pose is similar. He had a great sword too with basic version.

I think I accidently modded the flag of captain'. I found extra parts and bits in the lot and thought that ring was supposed to be around the skull. lol I think it looks cooler this way, although hes painted poorly, and has no use in my necron army....

He does not look too bad, I'll have to poist a pic tmoz of my chapter master to make you feel better lol
Kinda his golden upgraded templer brother with gold on shoulder and banner to mark him as a senior officer, :-)
