I am so glad I'm not the only one who does this.

Sometimes, I just take photos of miniatures in cool positions on my gaming table, like this one

Large image, careful.
Spoiler:

You just KNOW kantor and his lackeys are going to get stomped, but goddamn if he won't give it the ol' college try first.

A fantastic model, one of the best for daemonic/beast conversions.

Took this a while ago while working on Commander Farsight. Never did end up doing much of a Tau army, but damn if Farsight isn't a cool model.

Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

Balrog from LOTR.

Here's the model, if you wanna have a look.

This might actually be a pretty interesting fight, if the guardsman started out far enough away from the warriors.

My desk is an absolute catastrophe at the moment, I've got a hodgepodge of zombies, goblins and the occasional dwarf along with a small fleet of spaceships and a very lost looking T-34.
Elsewhere is a group of imperial German Jaegers (WW1 early war) squaring up to Lich Lord Asphyxious. Sadly my camera is on the fritz at the moment so I can't document this.

How to paint Skeletons the way I do if that's something you'd fancy trying.

Currently two Daemon Princes, a cannon of Khorne, a blood throne, 6 Bloodcrushers, 5 Screamers, a Herald of Tzeentch, 7 random assault marines, 3 thunderwolf cav and 3 Tyranid warriors are scattered across the painting desk. Pretty much none of them have more than a primer coat on them and many are still grey and green. Not much to look at even if the camera were working.
