Just thought i'd pop this in, the bullgryns brute shield has a different special rule in the index at the back and the main wargear section. Wargear states flat out 5+ invun and reroll hammer of wrath, index states invun in close combat and overwatch only, plus reroll hammer of wrath. I know the main wargear section takes precedence, but might be scary if they FAQ'd the brute shield to work how the index states. Would definately make bullgryns way worse.
Also thought it was worth mentioning for anyone who's read the index and written off bullgryns as terrible or playing them worse than they actually should be.

Stick them infront of your tanks(with camo-netting) behind an ADL and your tanks have a 2+ cover save forcing them to go through the bullgryns which, I believe, can go to ground for a 2+ also.

Just throwing this out there: When the summary rule has differed from the actual rule in a codex, GW has previously faq'd that the summary rule was wrong.
HIWPI: ignore the summary when there is a conflict.

The index is wrong. They've also published the rules in WD and they match the version in the main rules.
Besides, GW doesn't FAQ anymore.

Vanished Completely

It is a long running joke, even prior to the move to the new page, that Game Workshop gave up on Frequently Asked Questions months on months ago. It occurred as people stated to notice that the E-releases of the books where being given consistent updates, while all the while the latest Frequently Asked Questions where dated months in the past. This led people to state that Game Workshop has given up on the Errata in order to focus completely on releasing E-Books instead.

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures. |

Actually, they've stopped updating their ibook/ebooks as well. They used to do it regularly, and now they barely ever do it and only to correct errors where the ibook/ebook doesn't match the physical version...whereas they used to update the ibook/ebooks to match stuff answered by the FAQs, since they stopped doing FAQs it means there is no reason to keep updating their ibook/ebooks.
