I am asking for friend and getting feedback

If the interceptor rule states the following, why am I not allowed to fire all my weapons if EWO wargear grants Interceptor to all my weapons on the model? Interceptor Rule --> "At the end of the enemy Movement
phase, a weapon with the Interceptor
special rule can be fired at any one unit
that has arrived from reserve within its
range and line of sight. tf this rule is
used, the weapon cannot be fired in the
next turn, but the firing model can shoot
a different weapon if it has one."

It comes down to you follow the rules for Shooting, which includes a limit on how many weapons you can fire.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Since the riptide can fire 2 weapons per shooting phase, i might let it fire 2 interceptor weapons.

Are you saying all shooting follows the rules and restrictions on page 51 that clearly states shooting phase?

Do you have any other rules that tell you how to shoot ?

The conflict here is that Multi-Tracker specifies that the model may fire an add'l weapon in the shooting phase. Since Movement Phase != Shooting Phase, Broadsides and Crisis Suits (for example) may only Intercept with one weapon per model. Being an MC, the Riptide may Intercept with 2 weapons.

No, just no. The wording of the monstrous creature's additional shooting weapon is exactly the same as a multi-tracker. Either they all shoot two or they all shoot one. I read it as two weapons, as anything else might bring into effect the 'not a shooting phase' sillyness of only one weapon.

Vanished Completely

Once more we return to that old debate of how many weapons can be fired during over-watch or any other attack outside of the shooting phase:
Side A will keep stating that these can only be used during the Shooting Phase
Side B will keep pointing out the 'One weapon only' is a Shooting Phase restriction

In either case, you can fire more than one.
