Not sure how long they have been missing but, the Elven Steed is no longer on the website. The Empire's Armoured Horse however, is still there.

Mayhaps with the new WEs we will see new Elven horse?

And listed as "No Longer Available" as of 12:37AM(EST) for the US webstore.

Doubtful, more likely they are just going to stop selling mounts individually.
