Just had the thought, the synergy between Close Combat Shrikes and Gargoyles would be great. Gargoyles hit the enemy with blind, Shrikes do their thing and kill a buncha enemies. Would this be feasible?

I use shrikes with devourers and rending claws which works quite well. Use the gargs as a screen to take wounds and give cover saves.

Sure, though it requires two units to work together. As long as you maintain focus (OH! Look! a Shiney thing! ) it should work well.

Most any fast CC unit can follow along, and pile into a fight started by Gargoyles, so you can adapt the tactic as you go...
