What's up) this is my first army, i wanted a balance between fun (more models, not only bikes, some magic) and competitivness. 1250 is cause i'm kinda short on money . I just wanna play and win sometimes) i need ideas of improving(remaking) for more competitivness (if i play a tournament one day)

How's the meta down where you play? Do you encounter any flyers at all? Since you don't have any anti air, I'd take some stalkers or storm talons if I were you. You can shoot em with the centurions ofcourse, weight of dice is worth something.
As for some cool ideas, have you ever tried a librarian lvl 2 on a bike with telepathy powers? I like to run em in small point battles from time to time to mix things up, really fun.

ty man) totally forgot about flyers) but as far as i know tournament White scars armies usually conssit of bikes only) how do they deal with flyers? what equipment for talons?
librarian lvl2 was my 1st idea, but they say that coteaz is more op(prescience+hammerhand and better stats) but i will certainly try both)

Probably the best loadout for stormtalons is the skyhammer missiles
