So here is an interesting scenario:

Two Lords face off in a challenge. Both elect to use MSS. Now if I am correct does the player whose lord is the attacker get to go first, or do both fire off at the same time? Just an interesting scenario because for some reason I find it hilarious to think about two Necron Lords squaring off, and then have the duel turn into a Fight Club style fight of who can kick their own arse harder

The person whos turn it is can make the opponent take the leadership test first, however both lords (if they both failed) would be swinging at themselves at the exact same time.

The owning player chooses the order. Of course it wouldn't matter as they would still both go off.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

pretty much just as you said. both get to fire, the attacker picks the order. Both have an enemy model in b2b so both will trigger.

It's the ultimate karma test, who's going to fail their leadership first

Let say both lords failed their Ld tests. And let's say one of them is at init1 for charging through difficult terrain. If The Lord who strikes first kills himself, would the other lord need to resolve his attacks since the combat has ended? Even if the attacks are against himself?

My new goal in life is to see two lords kill themselves in the same fight via MSS.
