So, what do you think? Overhyped game that paid IGN to put a bunch of people in a room and act scared by moments in the game?
I am looking forward to it, but I am not pre-ordering it.

I think we all have the mantra, "Pleasedon'tsuck, pleasedon'tstuck" going on in our heads whenever we think about it.
I shall wait for reviews.
But I do like how they're trying to mimic the clunky 1980's space-look of the movies. I guess we'll see!

Right, I love the aesthetic they are going for. I think that if it, for the most part, has limited musical score and excellent sound, I will enjoy it even if most of the events are scripted. I enjoyed Deadspace 1 & 2, and even F.E.A.R. (though I hated the FPS shooter parts) so I am sure this will be fun for me but I will let some research decide after it is released.

Very excited for this game, even if it looks like a one play-through type deal... attention to detail and atmosphere look great. That being said, off to the other thread for more discussion!
