I have now over the course of almost a month, if not more, tried to contact Mantic games regarding an order (placed primo March) which have never showed up nor have I had any shipping notices. I have tried to contact them via their website several times, and send emails to two different addresses several times as well. I have even tried to contact them via paypal - time limit had unfortunately been met, since it was a preorder.
I think that I have contacted them at least eight times, and I have had absolutely no response. I'm actually starting to get rather pissed and unhappy. Anyone had similar experiences?
And does Mantic Games have an official thread here (tried to find one, but failed) in which they could be contacted?
Cheers

Got their own forum http://forum.manticblog.com/forum.php.
Who have you tried contacting? If was was James (the community manager) he left recently.
Edit: You've unfortunately got to get your timing right when contacting Mantic, if there's a Kickstarter running, or a survey just sent out, etc, then they can often be swamped by calls/emails.

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.” |

Apologies for the communication issues.
Please email sarah.clark@manticgames.com directly. Note that Mantic are in the middle of an office move so it may take a couple of days for them to get up and running again.

I've been waiting for some missing bits from the Dreadball KS that shipped out Mid-December.
There was no sign of any missing-parts order for a long time, and I only got a reply after posting on 2 KS pages and a KS message. I think I had to email them at Sales to get the reply.
Still nothing after 2 more months....
