Question: If a Rune Priest is attached to a unit of Grey Hunters who decide to shoot at, say, 11 Pink Horrors, does he cast Jaws at the same time that they shoot? Or could he wait until the boltguns have fired, hope for at least one casualty, and then use Jaws? (So that thr DTW would be worse.)

As a Witchfire power, Jaws is "fired" at the same time as the rest of the unit.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

also, DTW would not get worse if a pink horror died.
Its based off of a base of 6+:
A- is there a psyker in the unit? +1
B- is the psycker higher level than yours? +1
C- does the unit have adamantine will? +1

I chose Pink Horror's specifically because their Mastery Level changes when the squad size changes. If I recall, 1-10 Horrors = ML1, 11-15 is ML2, and 16+ is ML3. Could be wrong on those numbers.

As it is used at the same time, your opponent would Deny the Witch before casualties from the unit's shooting are removed.

there size doesn't affect mastery level, just how many warp charges they get. They are only ever mastery level 1
