Bonus Unlock!

Chain, The Heroine of Time

To go along with this plug, and for reaching the base goal, we've got a secret character unlocked. In Endless' storyline, the character named Chain has died and been reborn thousands of times over the centuries. This version of Chain is from just before The Crystal Fall, 212 years before the current events in The Miasma War.

I've already got mine picked out....... or rather the one, I was a nice guy and let the wife pick two and my kids pick one each leaving me to have to make sacrifices and hard decisions. The problem is there is probably 7 or 8 models that I really really want. Dammit guys, the minis are too charming.

I'm not even exactly sure what I pledged for, so it's off to the simulated pledge manager I go!

Kickstarter Update - Here is the News wrote:Good News, Bad News
Good News! All but 3 pledges have finalized.

Bad News! Those three pledges come to about $4k.

There is still about a week left for these pledges to clear, but if they don’t it’ll be a major kick in our budget. The good news is that we still have enough to cover all of the sculpts and their production, this will mainly affect the speed the book’s art completion.

This will most likely mean that we will ship printed copies of The Miasma War Book separately from miniatures, as to not hold up those shipments.

Digital Rewards
We’ll be sending out codes for the Endless: Fantasy Tactics Rulebook and The Miasma War PDFs this weekend. The Miasma War will be the current playtest build of the rulebook, lacking some fluff and a majority of the art. Over the next few months as we tweak the scenarios and add in art, you will get update notifications from WargameVault. When you get one of these notifications, just log into your WGV account and download the updated file for free.

Please do not wait too long to redeem these codes, they will expire after a few weeks.

AI Card PDFs will be sent out in a few weeks.

Pledge Manager
While Kenny is awesome and nearly has the pledge manager ready, we're going to hold off on sending it out to you guys until a majority of the sculpts are in our hands and shown off to you guys. We'll send out basic surveys before then to collect your address, which you'll be able to update if need be before we ship out.

Until Next Time...
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to e-mail/PM us or post a comment. Updates will likely be weekly, but it may slip a day or two.

The core worked perfectly, everything for the Miasma Wars won't open no matter what I do. Anyone else have this problem? I contacted the wargames site about it

Let me know if you still have trouble on the PC. I suspect its WGV's watermarking that is causing the issue with Tablets.

It wouldn't be an OTLG product if it wasn't produced on a shoestring budget!

Like I said in the update though, there shouldn't be any issues getting the figs out in a timely manner; and we've still got till April '15 for the book to be 'late'. We still feel confident about being able to hit that date, it'll just be tougher on our budgets then we would have liked.

Glad your liking it so far. The next update will include 1:1 scale versions of the maps for each scenario, we made them all based on 8x8 sections so that they'd fit on a piece of letter or A4 sheet of paper.

Update from last night:

Miasma War PDF Updated
Just in case you missed the notification e-mail, The Miasma War PDF was updated this week.

Updates:

Minor Tweaks to The Miasma War Book.
TMW Map Pack Added! Includes the maps for The Miasma War Scenarios sized for playing on, and printable on 8.5x11 (letter size) paper. It should also work on A4, just don't scale the print.
EFT-Core AI Cards - More units have been added.

Just head to your WargameVault account and redownload.

Visiting Hours - Witch Class Preview
This week's Visiting Hours features a preview of backer created Witch Class, from the Rhapsodist pledge level.

The art on the card is just a placeholder until Noah can do the proper design next month, the proper Witch will be a Rapteran Female.

Work in Progress Sculpts
Sean has been busy this week working on the Mandragora, Kappa, and Gargoyle Demonite. Shown below are still rough work in progress shots of these three monsters.

Quick question for you. Where can I get that Endless banner and link you have in your signature? I've been thinking of redoing my whole sig and would love to sport that banner for the cause!

It took me awhile to realize that your turtles weren't just painted super dungeon explore models... I guess I should wait until he has a head though...

I hope the Mandragora isn't anywhere close to being done. The arms, hands and feet seem way off to me.

I'm okay with the arms and hands of the mandragora, but that spear blade needs to be way bigger.
