I've heard of Zazzle before, possibly through BoingBoing or some other site. I have never bought anything from them, though.

Good, my last order took less than a weel, but I also ordered on a weekend.

I made a shirt from Zazzle once for someone, no issues.

I've ordered tons from Zazzle. Posters, mousepads, shirts, many items. Very good stuff, excellent service as well. One time they screwed up an order, and sent me the correct stuff the same day, rush mail, and gave me a fat ass discount on my next order.
