Each Vampire has his or her own ambitions, and they each have the ability to manipulate minds and raise the dead, so who's to say one decides he simply wishes to live among men (Not that they will ever accept him) and turns from his inherent will to dominate everything. Sure, he still wants to dominate (This IS warhammer), just not everything. Could that happen?

Yes and they do exist in the fluff too, the gotrek and Felix books feature a "good" vampire line, but at the end of the day they are still vamps and are inherently selfish and myopic in how they view things, even there own morals

Yeah, I figured such. He would obviously have his own ulterior motives for doing this, and probably never admit they had been "Evil" to begin with.

From the point of view of the prey, a predator is inherently evil. No antelope ever considered a lion benevolent.

In the final analysis, a Vampire is a predator of man. It lives by killing people. From a humanocentric viewpoint, this is an inherently evil act.

But from a vampire point of view, its a fact of life. They could get by as an executioner or simply killing in secret

Look up the Red Duke. He's about as close to good as GW officially allows.

Lahmian vampires basically do this. they stay hidden in high society as nobles or women of authority. They keep their thralls alive as a farmer would keep milk cows or egg laying chickens. That is about as good as they get. Ulrika tried to only prey on criminals and evil men where possible, but again, they are still vampires. She even made sure the mercenaries under her command were well taken care of and inspired their loyalty. The problem is, when the blood rage grips a vampire they don't know just who or what they are killing until it's over.

Agreed - with the caveat that good and evil in Warhammer is somewhat subjective

There are a number of places in the world that have or have had Vampire rulers and warlords - the Border Princes is a good place to find them.

As noted the Sisterhood of Vampires under the direction of Neferata, her own novel tells of several attempts to have the dead rule the living. They try to be more subtle then direct rule by and large and often sabotage other Vampires attempts to do so.

Chaos and Vampires don‘t like each other and Vampires will often protect their food source from this and similar threats.

The people of Sylvania by and large accept their Vampire rulers and they are often a much better alternative than Chaos and Ork invaders or even the Imperial Nobles.

Lastly Genevieve (Dracenfels) was declared a Hero of the Empire when she saved the Emperors life.

Black Library has several good novels – Dracenfels, Neferata, Gotrek and Felix the Ulrika Series which deals with this aspect of Vampires in the world.

My own small story in the ficiton section has several vampires who may fit your needs

There are many Vampires who simply blend into human society and only feed when they have to.

The problem is that, the less a Vampire feeds the more obvious it becomes that he's a vampire. They need to feed to maintain their outward appearance of being human.

You could have a Vampire who has a few human servants who willingly allow him to feed and they keep his secret. Such a Vampire wouldn't be very likely to practice much Necromancy though.

Alternatively, you have a Vampire who is the ruler of an area but rules over living subjects and doesn't create any undead. He wants to rule the living instead. He would also keep a stable of human cattle. He might even be a nice guy, well as nice as any undead feudal lord could be.

The thing is, Vampires will generally be loathed so them living peaceably with humans is unlikely. They either need to be utterly ruthless and maintain control, or they need to blend in completely.

Here's the deal, guys... in the show Vampire Diaries, there are good vampires. They can live on stuff like rabbits and aren't inherently evil. If they can do it in Vampire Diaries, they can do it in WHFB.

Except that WHFB's dont function like Vampire Diaries ones, and are inherently evil and probably cant derive and substance from rabbits (Do they even exist?)

Animal blood is much less satisfying for vampires in both Warhammer and Vamp Diaries - its usually only as a stop gap, last resort or if you are being a bit Anne Rice.

Vampires in Warhammer sometimes subsist on it, I remember Genevieve doing so and not enjoying it - but I can't think of any in Vamp Diaries who do so any more- even Caroline drinks human blood and she is just sweet (most of the time).......

Vampires are often no more evil than the rest of the races in the Warhammer world - that said they are usually selfish, scheming, power hungry, sometimes sadistic, uncaring of humanity and so on.

Yeah, well they stopped making such a big deal out of the blood thing in recent seasons, but I think they all just drink blood bags now.

Didn;t the older codex say that the first blood dragon hated the curse and hunting on humans, had a tiff and ended up drinking a dragons blood, which stopped his thirst?

Sure thats in the 5th or 6th edition codex.

or straight from the vein Yeah IIRC Caroline was not keen on hunting bunnies - humans were ok though.............

The Founder of the Blood Dragon line, Abhorash indeed "quenched his thirst" on Dragons blood - I think a couple of Nercarch's have done the same. He was never happy with his immortality etc - although he retains his love-hate relationship with his Queen. Books of Nagash and Neferata tell much of his story - I think he will be the next one in the Blood of Nagash series - - lots of good stuff there I think.

No. They're a force of Destruction. Check the rulebook.

But seriously. You can have a good Vampire, but Vampire Counts? No. The book is chock full of Necromancy and fluff about how the Vampire Counts are all about listening to dark poetry and complaining about how they want to take over the empire because nobody understands them.

The problem comes from lumping all Warhammer Vampires into 'Vampire Counts'. The Vampire Counts were the Counts of Sylvania descended from Vlad. For the last 2 editions the other Bloodlines have been severely sidelined. As said, some Lahmians come close to what the OP wanted. Though Lahmians as a whole still want to dominate humans, they just do it through more subtle and seductive means, rather than 'I'm gonna march a million zombies on Altdorf for kicks'.
