This project is beginning to spiral out of control so i thought i would post my wips here for feedback and help. The idea behind this is not to make a legal army, but one that is extremely fluff heavy.

This army represents the forces of a powerful hereteck cult and its allies and mercenaries. A daemon forge world deep in the eye of terror. I will just give a list of my proposed infantry units first, and later their chaos space marine allies.

Henchmen and acolytes. tech augmented personal guard for lower dark magi.
mutant militia - badly equipped cannon fodder. Led by factory enforcers
tyrants gaurd - more man than machine their loyalty is hard wired. personal legion of the arch hereteck himself
factory enforcers command - in control of the lower forces.
stalk tanks - six legged mechanical death
traitor guard - augmented troops, little free will a disciplined machine however if they get cut off from communications can often cease to function.
gladiator squads - crazed servants of the dark gods they fight for unholy honor in the pits. close combat experts.
cyborg stalkers- hardy elite A.i troops. far outclassing servitors.
battle servitors - playthings and servants of the dark magi
factory militia - bio augmented slave workers. led by factory enforcers.
Alien mercenaries - traded there service for technology and dark secrets, or just plain booty.
Alien slaves - modified to be fit for purpose
human mercenaries
menials - the lowest of the low, even the factory workers spit on there shadows.
hereteck acolytes - armed with mysterious tech, fulfilling there masters dark aims.
dark skitterati legions - most inducted troops have been experimented on by the dark magi and there acolytes.
chaos cultists
if you have any ideas or suggestions for new units or background i would be grateful to hear it. I will flesh out the fluff and the csm allies later.

fairly sketchy concept art for cyborg stalkers, but i really need a better name, maybe Venators which is Latin for hunter.

The work rate at the moment is extremely slow but hopefully it will pick up when i get more parts moulded and sculpted

Well this was a bit ott. I didnt really pull off the freehand but oh well still looks good enough

factory militia - bio augmented slave workers. led by factory enforcers. The situation is desperate. The emancipated starving prisoners who work the forges of the dark forge world see light for the first time in years. The ravages of chaos have taken there toll but those able to stand are handed a gun and prodded and whipped in the direction of the enemy. Those who refuse are ruthlessly executed

Just an attempt at correcting some of the wonky proportions of the csm models. I want them to tower over the other humans in the force. Conversion included lengthening the legs with plasticard and bringing the arms out a small ammount.
