I sent this MDF scenery company an email about their products a few weeks ago, and have heard no response. Does anyone know if they're still around?

Pretty sure they are. They're an Australian company too, IIRC. You might have better luck asking about on wargamerau.

You could try emailing again, but reword the subject a bit or something, there's always the chance a spam filter blocked you out based on some random word.
You could also try PMing Mousemuffins. He designs a lot of their current products.

Once again - wargamerau. Mousemuffins has an account here, but only logs in here once in a blue moon. He's fairly regular on wargamerau.

Yup, he's got a modelling/designing blog on wau - the modular man-base thread.
That's where he tends to unveil new designs for miniaturescenery before they hit production.
