My army list; (its not legal, I know, but its our first match, so we dont really care either. We both agreed to the others list)

HQ; Hive tyrant - Hvy venom cannon, bonesword lash whip - Acid blood, Adrenal glands, regeneration - Indescribable horror, Old Adversary

Elite; 1 Venomthrope, 1 zoanthrope.

Troops; 12 Termagaunts - Devs

Hvy Support; 1 Biovore


I'm playing against a blood angel list comprised of 2 assault squads and 1 mephiston, lord of kickass.

This would be my first game.
Plan? Shoot em down before they even get close to me!

Suggestions? I got plenty of other models to use!

Sorry but your list isn't legal, you need two troop choices.

true, but we're not playing anything legal at this point, only lists to try and figure out the game/try our hands at the game

One thing you could try is hormagaunts, their many attacks will beat ASM if you can assault into them. Another thing you could do is take a flyrant and base troops just because he has no air defence.

Good idea, but sadly I have neither of those. I have some raveners and some warriors that might do the trick once we go for heavier point lists though!
