This is an assault list, with proper assault transports, so your squads aren't going to have a lot of opportunities to shoot...

There's 135pts in plasma pistols in there. I actually like plasma weapons in this list, my problem is that if the list is working right, they won't get to use them much. Best bet is to put the plasma guns with another mid-range support squad.

If you drop the plasma weapons and one Heldrake, you can pick up a squad of Chosen w/ 5 Plasmaguns in a Rhino:

If you want to go a different route, making the same cuts and swapping the PFs to PW would free up 335 pts.

For 110pts you can get a Helbrute with a extra power fist, so you'll be able to fit 3 Helbrutes in the list, essentially in exchange for a single Heldrake,

With 3 LRs, your opponent's heavy weapons will be busy.

The 'brutes will arrive a turn after the rest of the team, which is good; you'll have the opportunity to engage units which would otherwise unload on your Berzerkers if they get free of combat on your turn.

Looks good to me. Nice Khorne-themed assault list.

I don't think a unit with MON would be a good idea for a Khorne-themed list

Yeah, I imagine the Helbrutes are more in character. I actually like them more tactically speaking anyhow, what with all the armor.

take the formation with them, and deep strike them in!!

I've found FMCs help round out these types of lists. How about

2 Land Raiders of zerkers, 1 with kharn, 1 with a lord with AoBF
2 bloodthirsters
1 heldrake

Give land raiders dirge casters (get rid of that team overwatch from the tau, just 5 pts per LR, its a good deal if it saves 1)

You could also take these guys with 2X PF and 2X HF each. That would be fun to do instead of the bloodthirsters
