Trying to optimise my dreadknight and it seems like two doomfists, incinerator and psilencer are being the most effective and versatile. Using him to deepstrike and shoot rear armor and against hordes seems more effective/ reliable than the psycannon. Psycannon strength is nice but it's ability to totally whiff is annoying!

I use greatsword and heavy incinerator, as well as personal teleporter. The greatsword allows strength ten attacks with rerollable to hits and wounds, which is just awesome in CC.

It is strength 10 because the rule for the sword says "bearer" and doesn't say that attacks with it get the reroll. It was in the FAQ before they pulled them all. I have it printed out but that doesn't help here at all.

I use Incinerator and Teleport. If I have points left over I normally take the sword. But my meta he doesn't see much CC.

I make bad decisions and think they are good.

Don't go overboard with the equipment. Mine have dual fists, incinerator, and teleporter.

The faq's are now on the black library site where it does say that the great sword is s10, how it gets that when it's supposed to be the user's strength, which is 6 is, beyond me. Must admit I prefer the psicannon to the psilencer. The judicial use of servo skulls can help with the whiffing

Doom fist is what you are attacking with. The sword gives you the rerolls.

NDKs are best kept lean and mean. Personal Teleporter and maybe an incinerator. Psilencer if you really need a little bit of shooting, but 3 of them is 600 of your points...
