Is there something I'm overlooking here? It seems much more useful at powering spells through than the extra levels from a Lv4. Just figurued I'd better check before trying it since it seems rarely used.
NP, though the wand of jet can be useful in a magic heavy list to help obtain magic dominance that key turn. Forbidden rod and power stone are usually better though.
