If I take corpse cart as a mount for a Necro, can I take its upgrades? Or I have to take a seperate corpse cart in order to have the upgrades?

You can take the upgrades on the corpse cart mount however it's a cannon/magic magnet and a quick way to loose your squishy Necromancer

Well, I don't worry much about its survivability in the game I'm going to use it, I just wanna know if I can take the upgrades, as I noticed thay are missing from the necro's profile.

As long as you use the cannon rules for LOS properly, its a lot harder to take out than you might imagine. As the opponent has to be able to see, from the weapon mount, the place they are marking for the initial position, placing it behind any large ranked models can entirely obscure it, meaning they have to hope to bounce through the screening unit far enough. Alternatively if they can see it, but obviously not the ground in between the screening unit and corpse cart, then they have to hope for a plug or 2" bounce through only. By no means g'teed to survive, but it does help a lot.

of course in places that dont use actual LOS, but 7th edition rules in 8th, then this will give you issue
