Subject: Video battle report Sisters of battle Vs. Blood angels (Fairwell 6th ed)
Generations have suffered with the same devotion that we can offer but once. Still, our Faith leads us through these dark times like a beacon. It will guide us to triumph over these abominations. Either by breaking them upon us like waves against a limitless, golden peak or by thrusting through them like the spear of the Immortal Emperor Himself." - Cannoness Aoife, Order of the desert rose #Yesallwomen
Hey guys, I'd really like feedback on this. I'd like to increase my output so I'd need advice and critiques. Cheers

Well Inenjoyed it - fun and fast paced description of the game - some very cool Sisters pics as well.
well done and as you say "the Emperor protects!"

"I will admit that some Primachs like Russ or Horus could have a chance against an unarmed 12 year old novice but, a full Battle Sister??!! One to one? In close combat? Perhaps three Primarchs fighting together... but just one Primarch?" da001
I enjoyed the video. Nice and not too long to watch. Thanks for posting.
I have a few questions since I don't have the rules on SOB.
1. Is there a sisters rule that allows them to move their vehicle over 6" and deploy? Standard rules state that vehicles can only move up to 6" and deploy.
2. How do the sisters get overwatch when a squad enters from deep strike? Or is it interceptor?
Quick thing about the video. It looked real shaky at times and could barely hear you over the back-round noise.

Sisters have no such rule, they do however, have the scout rule. They scouted 12'' then got first turn and moved 6'' deployed 6'' and fired.
Coteaz has the 'I've been expecting you' rule from codex: Inquisitor. It allows him and his squad to take interceptor shots against anyone who arrives within 12'' of them.

I watched it without sound (long story), but it looked like a very nice battle!
How did you get your SoB vehicles almost on the other side by the end of turn one though?

Nice. Thank you for the report. I like the artwork and music that you used to enhance the report and your editing was good. I only criticism I have is the shaky camera work: that gets better with experience and limiting how often you zoom.
Good job!

Thanks.
Dominion squads have the 'Scout' special rule which allowed them to move 12' before the game started. I then went first and moved them another 6'. The Dominions got out six for a total movement of 24' by the end of my first movement phase. I'll be more clear next time

Thanks as well. Yeah I need to not move it as much. However I don't actually zoom that often, I may just stand too close to the table. haha

You should paint your vehicles better. The detail on the infantry doesn't show up on camera so they look ok, but I did not enjoy having to look at those immolators. I watch battle reports so I can enjoy gameplay as well as models, and most people don't see any problem recording themselves playing with unpainted/based miniatures. Yours are close to painted, and you asked for C&C, so there you go.

I'm sorry, but when I listen to bat reps, I am listening to the battle report, not really looking at the models paint scheme wise...

"Don't worry about the visuals" isn't really good advice for any kind of video presentation.

It's not that you shouldn't worry about them, it's just that it's more the bat-rep that matters most to me.
