6pts more than a vanilla tac marine for +1 attack, +relentless, +furious charge, +rage, +(5+) fnp, +fearless. With an inquisitor with hammerhand + rad granades, corbulo and a tanking chapter master, you could have a very nice deathstar. Especially if you somehow manage to get a psyker with the new version of life leech, giving corbulo back any wound hes lost. Orrrr get Loth and cast invisibility, also using his 2++ invuln to LOS any wounds that would ID corbs. If he gets invisibility cancelled, there is still corbs and loth to tank.

This post is more a wish list/proposed rule than a tactic.

Other than that, seems like a bit of over kill.

Also the irony of it being transported around in AV 14 but not being able to hurt AV 14. So no mirror match.

I was led to believe with the new edition everything becomes scoring.
And as to proposed rules - should that comment not also apply to every single post in tactics dealing with 7th ed rumours?
And mirror match? You have the rest of the army for that. Besides the DC can take st10 powerfists (+1 furious charge, +1 hammerhand), a tanking chap master traditionally has a thunderhammer and corbulo has st7 rending attacks.
Also with overkill - what deathstar doesn't have massive overkill?

Everything will be scoring unless its explicitly stated that it can't be.

Under the current ruleset, fliers/swams/spore mines all fit under this umbrella.

Ahh now that puts paid to a dc army. Still ok for an individual unit though.

DC entry in the Dex says they can't score, so that would trump the BRB.

Their LR would score however

Yeah, what everyone else said. Fenrisian Wolves can't score either, but that would be pretty funny running 150 of those up the field for cheap, fast scoring units.
