Out of my Mind

Excess wounds from/into Challenges now.

If the first of D3 attacks kills the challenger, does he turn around and potentially take 2 of his people with him before he goes?

Current Armies
40k: 15k of Unplayable Necrons
(I miss 7th!)
30k: Imperial Fists
(project for 2025)

Aren't the wounds from MSS supposed to be made first against models in the possessed dude's unit, and if there's no models in the unit left, the possessed dude himself?

It's the opposite. In a challenge, which is what was asked about, the shackled guy hits himself first. Then wounds will spill into his unit as normal if he dies.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

When people ask, "What's the point in understanding everything?" they've just disqualified themselves from using questions and should disappear in a puff of paradox. But they don't understand and just continue existing, which are also their only two strategies for life.
