I bought some Scibor dwarf shields: http://sciborminiatures.com/en_,shop.php?art=1497 for my Mantic dwarves and I primed them hours ago with army painter flat white primer. They still have not cured. Does scibor use the ready to paint resin like Reaper miniature's bones line? Do I have to strip these and start over?

I used Citadel Chaos Black primer on my Scibor minis, they cured normally in a few minutes like all the other models I've primed . . . sorry to hear about your problem, friend.

It could be a matter of your local humidity. I typically have to wait for a sunny, dry day with some wind or deal with tacky minis for a few hours/days.

I don't know if this helps, but I bought a small 6" desk fan at Staples specifically for accelerating my dry times on models. A few minutes in front of the fan and paint/inks dry very quickly. Glue is another story, obviously adhesives need hours to cure properly, but for paint - it's a godsend.

Did you wash the resin first to remove any remaining mold release agent?

I stripped them overnight and will try again with black. I think it my excitement to get them painted up i just didn't wait long enough between 1st and 2nd coat.

I'm pretty sure stripping the paint also removed the mold release agent, so you're not going to get any more problem with drying times.
