Is this even possible on the tabletop....I'm talking without unbound rules and within a legal army?
I haven't had the chance to read up on the rules because I'm on emergency leave and I hear that psykers are the big thing now? I would provide them with some sort of inv save like Azreal, PFG, or SS Guard.

It's doable, as they all attach to Mephiston. I'm not sure how good it'd be, though, unless you were able to super-buff the squad with a bunch of blessings. A tank character of some kind would also be needed.

Iron arm and endurance would be needed to give Mephiston the AP2 and EW he needs. Warp speed is not quite as useful as it would be virtually impossible for them all to have it and thus get fleet. Though I suppose 3 more attacks never hurt anyone (unless you win turn one and thus stand in the open to be shot).

I suppose if you wanted you could also throw in Sverin Loth and Draigo for more psykery goodness.
